Working as an Associate with Grovelands Resourcing in the Financial Services marketplace provides a fantastic platform to accelerate your skills and experience within the Financial Services and Banking market.

We offer our Associates the opportunity to access a range of organisations covering major Banks, Consulting firms, Insurance companies and other FS players.

You will be assigned a Contractor Care Manager who you will be able to speak to about any issues that arise and their aim is always a rapid resolution.

For new contractors, we provide advice around either setting up a limited company or working with an umbrella organisation, as well as ensuring that you have all the correct documentation and support as you become a Contract Associate.

We have exacting standards and in return will ask you to provide references, as well as attending a face-to-face competency based interview at a regional location.
