With offices throughout the UK, the firm offers auditing, consultancy and tax services to a wide variety of organisations in the private and public sectors. It is viewed as a 'challenger' to the Big Four in many fields and has a small but growing Risk and Regulation practice

• Experience:
• Senior Manager or director at a Consultancy firm
• Senior Manager at a rating agency
• Accounting, Treasury or Risk at a Retail or Investment Bank or a large Investment Manager with ICAAP requirements
• Senior at FSA, Bank of England or HM Treasury

• Competencies:
• Detailed technical knowledge of BIPRU and predecessor rules, including complex model approvals;
• Knowledge of emerging market practices and new regulation/legislation from Basel Committee, CEBS and EU regulation and directives;
• Ability to provide considered views, interpretation and impact assessment of current and emerging BIPRU/Basel regulations on operations of Financial Services institutions;
• Ability to work under own initiative and in many different and challenging environments;
• Strong presentation, business writing and professional standards;
• Client centric, flexible and client service orientated approach;
• Strong network of regulatory professionals
• Ability to build on a sales pipeline and work autonomously
• Strong people management skills and experience of/enthusiasm for developing and managing a team of professional staff.
