Our client is a large, fast growing UK bank.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA with excellent knowledge of PPI complaints for a 6 month project in the North East of England.

Required Experience
  • 3 years minimum proven experience in Financial Services contracting
  • 1-2 years minimum proven experience of Quality Assurance
  • 10 months experience of PPI Quality Assurance checking
  • Detailed knowledge of efficient QA practices and procedures
  • Experience of handling the entire complaint life cycle, including complaint resolution
  • Experience of coaching and delivering feedback
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of bespoke letter writing
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong compliance profile
