Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA with excellent knowledge of PPI complaints for a 6 month project in the North East of England.
Required Experience
- 3 years minimum proven experience in Financial Services contracting
- 1-2 years minimum proven experience of Quality Assurance
- 10 months experience of PPI Quality Assurance checking
- Detailed knowledge of efficient QA practices and procedures
- Experience of handling the entire complaint life cycle, including complaint resolution
- Experience of coaching and delivering feedback
- The ideal candidate will have experience of bespoke letter writing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong compliance profile
