Job Description
Case handling on complex PPI complaints relating to loans, credit cards and mortgages. The project has two teams; one dealing with Business-As-Usual (BAU) cases and another to carry out a Past Business Review on historic case files.
Required Experience
- 1 year minimum experience investigating financial service complaints from cradle-to-grave
- At least 4 months PPI complaints handling experience in particular
- Experience performing redress calculations on PPI cases
- Familiarity with writing letters to address complaint points and to illustrate final decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to hit targets in relation to quality and productivty
- Works well within a team environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment
