Our client is looking for someone who is capable of assisting some of the world’s leading finical service firms, to transform and integrate their Risk and Finance operations.

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of operational risk in order to evaluate, develop and implement operational risk strategies including development of business policies and procedures.

• This role demands someone with substantial, and broad, financial services experience.
• Operational risk management experience within a Financial Services environment
• Detailed understanding of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment methodologies.
• Understanding of methodologies used for the calculation of regulatory capital requirements.
• Understanding of AMA waiver applications.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services Regulations e.g. Basel II, CRD, MIFID, CP190/195 and the ICAS regime for insurers, Solvency II.

• Degree and / or relevant professional qualification and/or significant relevant consulting, risk management or business expertise.
