Our client is looking for someone who is capable of assisting some of the world’s leading finical service firms, to help to transform and integrate their Risk and Finance operations.

The successful candidate will possess a technical knowledge of operational risk in order to evaluate, develop and implement operational risk strategies including development of business policies and procedures.

• This role demands someone with financial services experience gained in any of the following areas:
• • General and life Insurance
• • Retail Banking
• • Wholesale/Investment Banking
• • Investment/Asset Management
•  
• Operational Risk
• • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment methodologies
• • Understanding of methodologies used for the calculation of regulatory capital requirements
• • Understanding of AMA waiver applications
•  
• Financial Services Regulation
• • Knowledge of Financial Services Regulations e.g. Basel II, CRD, MIFID, CP190/195 and the ICAS regime for insurers, Solvency II.
