If you’re thinking of becoming a Grovelands Associate, here’s an example of how the process might typically work:
- We discuss your CV and offer you advice on the positions that might be most suitable for you.
- If you’re suitable, we arrange to meet you for a face-to-face interview at a convenient location.
- We conduct a pre-employment screening assessment to make sure you’re right for the job.
- We give you immediate feedback.
- When you start we give you a welcome pack, which contains practical advice as well as benefits.
- On your first day we meet you at your new place of work and introduce you to the team.
- At the end of your first day we take you out for a drink.
- As you continue to work with Grovelands we’re always there for you, ready to answer your questions.
- We offer you regular on-site feedback clinics.
- We give you opportunities to meet other Associates at dedicated Grovelands nights out.
